The founders of our country had a clear vision for their sovereignty from Great Britain, which they put in writing called the Declaration of Independence. (They actually came to agreement on July 2nd, but the document was finished on the 4th.)
The Declaration described the type of country we would become and the basic right of our citizens. It’s most famous line became our moral compass:
“We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
The Declaration was printed, shared and became a rallying cry for the original 13 colonies in the USA. It helped galvanize the actions of our citizens.
What is the company’s vision? Does it galvanize your team members?
Every company needs a compelling vision that drives every team member forward.
