Chris Cotoia and his firm Executive Landscaping, Dennis, MA. “I am so honored to be recognized by my Leaders Edge peers for the 2nd time in two years with the Mighty Oak Award. We work in an amazing industry. I started a small company in 1996 with just a couple of young guys mowing lawns and now we have an amazedly dedicated, highly motivated talented team of professionals. This last year has been focused most on personal growth for myself and our leadership team and I am truly proud of our business accomplishments. Knowing that we can always do better and being involved with Jeffery and my “leaders edge team” I look forward to endless possibilities.”

Trevor Lively and his firm BlueJay Irrigation, Ontario, Canada. “This winner of this award is selected by the peer group members. It makes me proud that the hard work of our team at Blue Jay Irrigation was recognized by my peer members. I was able to share the team’s achievement at our spring training week, it was a great way to kick off our season and motivate the team to strive for an even more successful season in 2019.”

Dave Wright and his Wright Landscape Services, Ontario, Canada. “The Leaders Edge Peer Group challenged us to be bold. We used that boldness to grow our top line by 30% and set in motion a plan to tackle our elephant in the room, a chunk of long-term debt that is hampering our growth.”

Darin Brockelbank and his firm Metrogreenscape, Charlotte, NC. “In business If you work hard to help others first then good things just come your way.”
